Billy Combs

Billy Combs has worked for The Times Dispatch as a printer since 1979. He attended the Arkansas School for the Deaf in Little Rock. He is a resident of Walnut Ridge.

He and his wife, Cindy, have a daughter, Starla, who also lives in Walnut Ridge.
