WRHS seniors win crowns

Two Walnut Ridge High School seniors will reign together as the 2016 Miss Lawrence County and Miss Randolph County.

Hannah Anglin was crowned Miss Lawrence County on Monday evening. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Tony and Gina Anglin and Scott Maronde, all of Black Rock.

Chloe Elizabeth James was crowned Miss Randolph County on Saturday evening. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Jon David and Darlene James of Pocahontas. In addition to queen, James also received the best dressed and interview award.

Both girls will move on to compete in the State Fair Pageant in Little Rock this October.
