Ditto signs with Williams baseball team

Walnut Ridge High School's Layne Ditto will continue his baseball career just up the road as he has signed his letter of intent to play for the Williams Baptist College Eagles.

Bobcat track teams claim titles

The Walnut Ridge senior high track teams brought home a pair of championships from the 2A-2 Conference Track Meet on April 29 in Pocahontas. Walnut Ridge scored 187 points to claim the boys title, while the girls team tallied 170 points to earn their title. Lady Bobcat Sunnie Cunningham won the girls high-point award with 31 individual points.
