Youth MOVE walk to honor Sidney Randall

A little-known organization in Lawrence County called Youth MOVE is helping to keep the memory of Sidney Randall alive, as well as being involved in other service projects for youth.

Most will remember that Sidney was reported missing on March 10, 2013, and her body was found some two months later after an extensive search. She was 14 years old and an eighth grader at Walnut Ridge School, where she was a member of the PRIDE Band's flag line.

Youth MOVE will be walking at Stewart Park this Saturday at noon to raise money in Sidney's memory and donate the proceeds to the Walnut Ridge High School Band. Lisa Milgrim, an adult volunteer for Youth MOVE, said this is the second year for Sidney's Walk. "The goal is to honor Sidney and help keep her memory alive," she said.
