Rain, other hazards
are a part of spring

Spring seems to be a hazardous time to be outside. The city of Walnut Ridge reported on its Facebook page that a skunk found on April 14 in a field off of Memorial Lane tested positive for rabies, according to Josh Light, the new Walnut Ridge code enforcement officer.

Light took the skunk to Gateway Animal Clinic to have the head tested, and the city was notified the skunk had tested positive.
