Sears leads Mustangs to
Hoxie's Hunter Wilson breaks away from a Rivercrest defender to complete a 68-yard touchdown after receiving a pass from quarterback Cole Sears. The Mustangs racked up 42 first-half points on their way to a 49-13 victory.

Sears put Hoxie on the board with a three-yard run with 5:27 remaining in the first quarter, capping an 85-yard drive. Casey Middlecoff's extra point gave Hoxie a 7-0 lead.
After a Rivercrest punt, the Mustangs marched again, with Sears finding James Johnson for a 10-yard score, boosting the lead to 13-0 with 56 seconds left in the quarter.
