Sears scored on a 23-yard run and Cook added a 45-yard touchdown dash to make the score 34-0. Hoxie's defense then got in on the fun, as Robert Vaughn scooped up a Manila fumble and returned it 20 yards for a touchdown for the final points of the quarter.

Robert Ivy ran for a 10-yard touchdown in the second period to give the Mustangs a 48-0 halftime advantage.

Colton Johnson added Hoxie's final touchdown on a six-yard run in the third quarter. Casey Middlecoff kicked his seventh extra-point to complete the scoring.

Cook finished with 112 yards rushing on just two carries. Ivy added 48 yards on five carries, and Sears had one carry for 23 yards. Johnson carried twice for 11 yards. Kyle Wilson had one carry for one yard, and James Johnson had two carries.

Sears completed three-of-five passes for 67 yards and two touchdowns.

Sullens had two receptions for 56 yards, and Jacob Henson had one catch for 11 yards.

Hoxie improved its record to 4-0 in 3A-3 Conference play and 7-0 overall. The Mustangs travel to Corning on Friday night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
