Accident claims life

A one-vehicle accident claimed the life of an Imboden man, according to a preliminary fatal crash summary filed by Trooper Ronald Laslo of the Arkansas State Police.

Jeremy Lee Bayles, 24, was pronounced dead and two others were injured in the car accident.

The accident occurred on Sunday on Highway 67 just south of Swifton in Jackson County at 12:05 p.m.

According to the report, Tiffany Duty, 25, of Jonesboro was driving a 1996 Pontiac southbound on Highway 67 with Bayles and Lucas Forehand, one, of Swifton as passengers. Duty lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway and overturned. Bayles was ejected from the vehicle.
