BPW Coffee is ThursdayThe local Business and Professional Women are marking National BPW Week this week, including their annual coffee, which is open to the public. The coffee will be held Thursday from 9-11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Walnut Ridge. Club members kicked off the week with a breakfast on Monday morning at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, followed by a wine and cheese night at the home of Peggy Williams on Tuesday. Today, the group will attend chapel and enjoy lunch at Williams Baptist College. Local events will conclude Friday night with a movie night at the home of Henryetta Tyler. The final event of BPW week will be the State President's Tea, which will be held Saturday in Yellville at the Red Raven Inn. |
