Zach Crisler poured in 36 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Walnut Ridge Bobcats to a 61-47 victory over Cross County in senior boys basketball action on Dec. 19.
Walnut Ridge led 15-9 after one quarter, 32-22 at halftime and 45-34 at the end of the third quarter.
Hunter Flippo and Range Weeks each scored 10 points for the Bobcats.
Walnut Ridge improved to 6-5 overall and 3-4 in conference play.
Junior high
The Walnut Ridge junior high boys defeated Cross County 43-25 on Dec. 19.
The junior Cats held leads of 20-5 after one quarter, 28-10 at halftime and 38-15 after three periods.
Kenzie Flippo led Walnut Ridge with 18 points. Tyler Binkley scored six points, and Spencer Wilson added five for the Cats.
