WR boys are WBC runners-up

The annual Williams Baptist College High School Basketball Tournament concluded on Saturday night with the Pocahontas boys and Marmaduke girls winning titles in their respective divisions.

WR - Pocahontas boys

The Pocahontas Redskins claimed the championship of the boys division with a convincing 60-23 victory over the Walnut Ridge Bobcats.

The Redskins led 15-5 after one quarter, 35-15 at halftime and 52-19 after three periods.
