The Walnut Ridge Lady Bobcats volleyball team ended its season on a winning note Thursday at Sharum Gymnasium. The Lady Cats defeated Southside Batesville 25-17, 25-23, 19-25, 25-20.
Katie Lewis had 11 kills, and Hannah Massey had 13 digs. Ashlyn Cothern was 16-of-18 serving, with four aces. Anna Bland was 14-of-14 serving, and Caroline Kelley had eight kills.
Walnut Ridge finished the 2011 season with 19 wins and nine losses.
Walnut Ridge won a senior B game 25-16.
