BR homecoming is Nov. 4
Black Rock High School will host its basketball homecoming on Nov. 4 as the Zebras host Buffalo Island Central. The junior boys B team will play at 5 p.m., followed by the junior boys A team. The homecoming royalty will be presented prior to the senior boys game. Members of the royalty are: senior maids, Sarah Penn, daughter of Joe and Fawnda Penn of Portia; Sara Roby, daughter of Pat Jr. and Robyn Roby of Black Rock; and Rebecca Gill, daughter of Joey Gill of Walnut Ridge and Marcia Gill of Pocahontas;; 11th-grade maid, Christian Ervin, daughter of Clint and Candi Ervin of Imboden; 10th-grade maid, Tori Clairday, daughter of Lewis and Kay Slaughter of Black Rock; ninth-grade maid, Katalina Holbrook, granddaughter of Stephen and Jessie King of Imboden; eighth-grade maid, Erica Bass, granddaughter of Joe and Kathryn Bass of Black Rock; and seventh-grade maid, Harmony Reynolds, daughter of Joe and Mandy Reynolds of Black Rock. Pages are Hayden Bagwell, son of Shane and LaYonda Bagwell; Gabby Prichett, daughter of Jamie Pritchett and Kristin Streeter of Black Rock; Emma Aaron, daughter of Jason and Misty Aaron of Black Rock; and Bill Stacy, son of Bryan and Shannon Stacy of Imboden. The theme this year is "From Past to Present," and all previous homecoming queens are invited to attend to be recognized.
