Salem responded with a score late in the period to extend their advantage to 26-16 entering the fourth quarter.
Crisler gave the Bobcats hope when he found Kyle Johnson for a 10-yard scoring pass to bring Walnut Ridge to within 26-22 with 7:32 to play in the game. The Greyhounds, however, scored their final touchdown with 5:47 remaining to put the game away.
Crisler finished with 16 completions on 28 attempts, for 218 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed 20 times for 36 yards and a score.
