BRHS announces
honor graduates

Principal David Foley has announced honor graduates for Black Rock High School for the 2010-11 school year.

Valedictorian is Tadd Fore, son of Steve and Robyn Fore of Powhatan. Salutatorian is Sarah Sloan, daughter of Dan Sloan of Black Rock and the late Dianne Sloan.

Other honor graduates are Tyler Roby, son of Pat and Robyn Roby of Black Rock; Haley Slusser, daughter of Coy and JoAnn Slusser of Black Rock; Megan Jones, daughter of Eddie and Julie Jones of Portia; and Alyssa Mondy, daughter of Steve and Greta Mondy of Black Rock.

The graduation ceremony is set for May 19 at 7 p.m. at the Black Rock School Multipurpose Building.
