Bobcats earn county championship
The Walnut Ridge Bobcats recorded two shutout victories in winning the 2011 Lawrence County Baseball Tournament on Saturday at Black Rock. The Bobcats defeated Sloan-Hendrix 16-0 in the semifinals, and the Hoxie Mustangs 11-0 in the finals to take the title.
