Hillcrest beats ICC

The Hillcrest Screamin' Eagles defeated Izard County Consolidated 10-0 in high school baseball action March 22 at Strawberry.

Dylan Wooten was the winning pitcher, allowing just two hits while striking out 13 Cougar batters.

Wooten also led the Screamin' Eagles at the plate, registering two hits, including a two-run homer. Billy Brannon, Hunter Nunnally and Zach Doyle also had two hits apiece for Hillcrest.
