S-H falls to ICC

Izard County Consolidated defeated Sloan-Hendrix 22-3 in high school baseball action on March 21 at Imboden.

The Greyhounds scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the first inning for an early 2-0 lead. ICC responded with an eight-run second inning and put the game away with 14 runs in the top of the third. Sloan-Hendrix added a run in bottom of the third to set the final score.

Chase Dejournett recorded two hits, and Zeb Gibson had one for the Greyhounds.
