Hoxie ladies beat Osceola

The Hoxie Lady Mustangs opened the softball season with a 28-2 rout of Osceola on March 7 at Hoxie.

Cayley Rosson went 2-for-2 and scored three runs, and Autumn Nelson went 2-for-2, including a double, and scored three runs for Hoxie. Devine Wilson, Paige Pruitt and Lindsey Woods each had one hit and scored three runs apiece for the Lady Mustangs in the game, which was halted by the run rule.

Hali Pratt held Osceola hitless while recording three strikeouts in three innings.
