S-H boys fall to
CRA, beat Norfork

The Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons edged Sloan-Hendrix 60-51 in senior boys basketball Thursday night at Imboden.
The Greyhounds were led by Tyler Gillean's 18 points, while Chase DeJournett added 14.
The CRA junior high boys defeated Sloan-Hendrix 48-17.
Norfork
The Sloan-Hendrix senior boys outlasted Norfork for a 62-59 overtime victory on Jan. 25 at Imboden.
The Greyhounds trailed most of the game, as Norfork held leads of 17-13 at the end of the first quarter, 35-29 at halftime and 49-44 after three periods. Sloan-Hendrix rallied in the fourth quarter to force a 56-56 tie at the end of regulation, then outscored the Panthers 6-3 in the overtime period.
For the Greyhounds, Gillean finished with 20 points, and DeJournett had 15. Daniel Rowsey added 11 points.
