Lady Hounds split
games with Norfork

The Norfork Lady Panthers defeated Sloan-Hendrix 47-35 in senior girls basketball Jan. 25 at Imboden.
Norfork led 17-16 after the first quarter before extending their advantage to 33-23 at halftime. The Lady Greyhounds managed just two points in the third quarter and trailed 38-25 entering the final period.
Shayla Dickson and Kathryn Hall each scored eight points to lead Sloan-Hendrix. Kayla Griffin and Madicyn Huddleston each added six points.
Junior high
The Sloan-Hendrix junior high girls jumped out to a 15-1 first-quarter lead and went on to defeat Norfork 36-23.
The junior Lady Hounds led 21-6 at halftime and 24-17 at the end of the third period.
Britney Wolfe led Sloan-Hendrix with 15 points, while Ariel Malone added six.
Crowley's Ridge Academy
The Lady Greyhounds hosted Crowley's Ridge Academy on Friday night and dropped a 63-54 decision to the Lady Falcons in overtime.
