BR boys earn wins

Black Rock defeated Weiner 56-29 in senior boys basketball Thursday night at Black Rock.

Black Rock led 37-8 at halftime and 52-18 after three quarters.

Hunter Horton led the Zebras with 17 points and eight rebounds. Joe Paul Carey added 16 points, and Sam Clem scored 14.

The Zebras improved to 18-1 on the season.

The Black Rock junior high boys defeated Weiner 45-22

Ridgefield Christian

The Zebras hammered Ridgefield Christian 69-32 on Dec. 14 at Black Rock.

Carey had 22 points for Black Rock, and Khris Foster had 11 points. Hunter Horton, Sam Clem and Tyler Newell each had 10 points.
