Lady Eagles defeat ICC

Hillcrest's Lady Screamin' Eagles defeated 1A-2 North conference foe Izard County Consolidated 53-41 in senior girls basketball action on Nov. 23 at Brockwell.

Samantha Blevins and Mackenzie Nunnally each had 15 points to lead the Lady Eagles.

Senior Boys

The ICC senior boys bolted out to a 35-12 halftime lead and went on to defeat Hillcrest 61-41.

Hunter Nunnally scored 11 points, and Zach Doyle had 10 to lead the Screamin' Eagles.

Ridgefield Christian

Hillcrest defeated Ridgefield Christian 64-52 in a senior boys game on Nov. 22 at Lynn.

Doyle led Hillcrest with 15 points. Dylan Wooten scored 14 points, and Trevor Morgan had 12.

The Hillcrest junior high boys ran their record to 11-0 with a narrow 42-41 victory over the Ridgefield juniors.
