WR drops games to BIC

The Buffalo Island Central Mustangs defeated Walnut Ridge 64-56 in senior boys basketball Nov. 23 at Walnut Ridge.

Chris Dickson scored 17 points for the Bobcats.

BIC won the junior high game 50-23.

Girls

Walnut Ridge's Lady Bobcats fell to BIC 67-37 on Nov. 22 at Monette.

Audrey McElrath had 12 points, and Daniel Vaughn added 10 for the Lady Cats.

In junior girls action, Walnut Ridge led 31-19 at halftime, only to see BIC rally for a 45-41 win.
