School menus ~ Dec. 6-10
HEISMAN NOMINEES ~ Black Rock High School students Megan Jones and Tadd Fore have been selected as their school's Wendy's Heisman nominees. The program recognizes outstanding seniors for their achievements in academics, athletics and community service. Jones, daughter of Eddie and Julie Jones of Portia, was recognized by coach Malessie Mosier, and coach Jeff Womack presented the honor to Fore, who is the son of Steve and Robyn Fore of Black Rock.

Graduation held for Ralph
Joseph Youth Leadership Class

Fifteen youth representing the five high school campuses in Lawrence County completed the eight-session Ralph Joseph Youth Leadership Program with graduation on Nov. 21.
