The county experienced a 45 percent voter turnout with 4,712 of the 10,392 registered voters casting ballots in the election.
Democrat Alex Latham was elected as justice of the peace for District 9 with 315 votes (66.6 percent), compared to 158 votes (33.4 percent) for Republican Lloyd Clark.
