By the time you read this, the elections will be over, except for the expected run-offs. Now is a good time to say thanks to those who sought election to offices, whether local, regional or state. These men and women put themselves and their families on the line and spent large amounts of time, money and energy to seek these public offices. Only one could be elected, but we had choices.
