Hillcrest senior teams
place at district meet

The Hillcrest senior high track teams competed in the 1A-4 District Track Meet Thursday at Paragould.

Crowley's Ridge Academy won the boys title, followed by Ridgefield Christian, Hillcrest and Maynard.

The Armorel girls finished first, Crowley's Ridge Academy was second, followed by Ridgefield Christian, Hillcrest and Maynard.

Individual results for Hillcrest's athletes included the following:

Girls: Elizabeth Rush was second, Samantha Blevins was third, and Katelyn Hammock finished fourth.

Boys: Logan Spray won the event, and Hunter Nunnally was second.

Boys: Ethan Holder placed third.

Girls: Kellie Beasley was fourth, and Sarah Saffell was sixth.

Boys: Taylor Bristow placed second.

Girls: Sarah Saffell placed sixth.

Boys: Logan Spray won the event, and Taylor Bristow was third.

Girls: Hillcrest finished second.

Boys: The Hillcrest boys placed fourth.

Girls: Katelyn Hammock finished fifth.

Boys: Kyle Bristow placed second.

Girls: Morgan Penn finished seventh.

Boys: Hunter Nunnally was sixth.

Girls: Elizabeth Rush finished second.

Girls: The Hillcrest girls finished third.

Boys: The Hillcrest boys placed second.

Girls: Katelyn Hammock was fifth.

Boys: Hunter Durham finished second.

Girls: Samantha Blevins was fourth, and Kaylee Hammock was fifth.

Boys: Ethan Holder placed second.

Girls: Morgan Penn finished seventh.

Boys: Hunter Nunnally finished fourth.
