S-H defeats Black Rock

Sloan-Hendrix defeated Black Rock 8-2 in high school baseball Thursday at Black Rock.

Colton Simpson earned the win on the mound, allowing five hits and striking out seven in five innings of work.

At the plate for the Hounds, Jordan Johnson batted 3-for-3 and scored three runs. Scoob Higginbotham went 2-for-2 with two RBIs.
