Hoxie baseball season
begins with big win

The Hoxie Mustangs baseball team exploded for 21 runs in a season-opening 21-6 win over Riverside Monday at Hoxie.

Blake Snow pitched 3-1/3 innings for the win. Hunter Flippo came on in relief and recorded the final two outs.

At the plate, Zach Crisler went three-for-five, including a three-run home run. Snow batted four-for-four, and Garrett Hart went two-for-four.
