Hornets sting Hoxie
in 3A-3 Tournament

The Harrisburg Hornets pulled away from Hoxie in the fourth quarter to defeat the Mustangs 52-40 in the 3A-3 District Basketball Tournament Feb. 17 at Earle.

Hoxie led 28-26 at halftime and the game was tied 36-36 after three quarters.

Zach Crisler and Cade Crisler each scored 11 points to lead the Mustangs.

Piggott

Cade Crisler scored 25 points to lead the Mustangs to a 62-50 opening-round win over Piggott on Feb. 16.

Coy Yasler scored 18 points, and Zach Crisler added 11 for Hoxie.
