Hoxie drops game to Earle

Earle defeated Hoxie 63-51 in senior boys basketball Saturday night at Hoxie.

Earle led 21-11 at the end of the first quarter, 42-30 at halftime and 53-46 after three quarters. Hoxie closed the gap to 55-51 in the fourth period, only to see the Bulldogs score the game's final eight points to secure the win.

Cade Crisler had 18 points for Hoxie, while Zach Crisler added 17. Coy Yasler scored 12 points, and Devin Roberts grabbed 12 rebounds.

Hoxie is now 9-7 in 3A-3 conference play and 13-10 overall.
