Stephanie Harris announces
candidacy for tax collector



Stephanie Harris of Lynn has announced her candidacy for re-election as Lawrence County Tax Collector.

Harris began working in the collector's office in September of 1998 as a deputy collector. She began her first term as tax collector in 2005 after being elected in 2004.

"I have enjoyed working with the public during these past 11 years and I hope to continue doing so," Harris said. "I could not do the job without the help of the ladies that work alongside of me, Renee Callahan and Melynda Lawson."

Harris is a member of the Arkansas Collector's Association and is married to Brandon Harris. They have two children, Tyler and Levi.
