Lady Bobcats slip past CRA

Alivia Hackworth and Ashley Baker combined for 50 points, as the Walnut Ridge Lady Bobcats slipped past Crowley's Ridge Academy 66-65 in senior girls basketball Friday night.

Hackworth poured in 30 points, including six three-pointers, while Baker tallied 20 points for the Lady Cats. Jessica Rudd added 10 points for Walnut Ridge.

The Walnut Ridge junior high girls defeated CRA 34-22.

Twin Rivers

The Lady Bobcats defeated Twin Rivers 66-45 on Nov. 17 at Sharum Gymnasium.

Walnut Ridge led 25-24 at halftime, before outscoring their visitors 41-21 in the second half to take control of the game.

Baker led the Lady Bobcats with 29 points, including three three-pointers, while Hackworth tallied 25 points.
