TD to print early

The newspaper will go to press on Monday night and will be distributed to local stores and mailed out on Tuesday morning.

Several deadlines will be impacted by the change. The display advertising deadline will be Friday at 3 p.m. The classified and legal deadline, as well as the deadline for cards of thanks, will be Monday morning at 10.

Those submitting news are asked to do so by Friday if at all possible or first thing Monday morning.

Many local businesses and offices, including The Times Dispatch, will close next week for the holiday. The TD will be closed Thursday and Friday.

All area banks and post offices will be closed on Thursday.

Walnut Ridge city offices will be closed Thursday, and Hoxie city offices, as well as county and state offices, will be closed Thursday and Friday. Thursday's garbage route in Walnut Ridge will be picked up on Friday, Nov. 27. In Hoxie, all garbage will be collected on Monday, Nov. 30.
