Amanda Rorex

WRHS has new teacher

Walnut Ridge High School, which is part of the Lawrence County School District, has one new teacher for the 2009-10 school year.

Amanda Rorex of Imboden is serving as high school counselor and school psychology specialist. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a specialist's degree in psychology and counseling from Arkansas State University.

A native of Imboden, she previously taught at Sloan-Hendrix School. She and her husband, Clifford Rorex, have two sons, Harper, five, and Hudson, two.
