Black Rock High School has announced athletic award winners for the 2008-09 school year. They include:
Senior boys basketball and baseball
Garrette Maronde ~ Herschel Bryant Award. Baseball: All-Conference, Best Defense Outfielder, Outstanding Pitcher.
Les Foster ~ Basketball: 1A Region 2 All-Tournament Team, All-Conference, Most Assists, Most Steals, Highest Free Throw Percentage.
J.J. Nunally ~ Basketball: All-Conference.
Khris Foster ~ Basketball: Most Improved.
