Dumpsters to be available

County Judge Alex Latham has announced that class IV dumpsters will be available Monday for use by county residents.

The dumpsters are for non-household waste and can include furniture and appliances. Tires, building materials and hazardous materials will not be accepted.

The dumpsters will be located at Bill Jones Wrecker Service in Powhatan and the Lawrence County Shop on Highway 67, south of Hoxie. Dumpsters will be available through Jan. 10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
