Three join staff at
Black Rock School
Black Rock campus of the Lawrence County School District has three new teachers for the 2008-09 school year.
Monte W. Caldwell is the technology coordinator. Born in Purcell, Okla., he lives in Hoxie and holds an associate's degree in business technology-networking from Black River Technical Collage. He is also co-teaching a computer repair class at Williams Baptist College. He has two children, Kathryn Caldwell, 20, and John Caldwell, 12.
Jamey Cheadle, who lives in Pocahontas, is working at Black Rock Elementary as a special education aide. She received a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Williams Baptist College.
Cameron Priest is teaching at the Black Rock ABC Program. He earned his bachelor's degree in early childhood education, and this is his first year of teaching. He and his wife, Valerie, and daughter, Carlie, live in Hoxie.
