CHAMBER MEMBERS TOUR LIBRARY ~ Ashley Burris, Lawrence County Library director, tells members of the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce about changes made to prepare the former Hutcherson Furniture Building to be the new location of the library's main branch. Burris spoke at the recent Chamber quarterly meeting and then gave attendees a tour of the new facility. Renovations, including new furniture, were completed for approximately $109,000. Burris said much of the funding was already in place, with less than $7,000 coming from the library's general fund.
