Individually, Matt Ryan led Walnut Ridge with a score of 76, which was good for second overall. John-Scott Kelley finished fourth overall with a score of 78, and Wesley Davis carded an 85 for the Bobcats. Walnut Ridge, Melbourne and Salem all advanced to the 2A State Tournament on Monday at Turkey Mountain in Horseshoe Bend.
"We finished second at the state tournament at El Dorado last year. I don't know if we can equal that feat or nor, but no one expected us to win the regional tournament," Bramlett said.
