Submitted Photo ~ Ashley George Debbie Richey Staff Writer The Lady Bobcats defeated Bay 6-0 on Thursday at Bay. Staci Spargo took the win on the mound, allowing six hits and striking out six. Taylor Wagner batted 2-for-4. Vanessa Oliver and Josie Wagner each hit 2-for-3. Cedar Ridge Walnut Ridge traveled to Newark on April 24 to take on Cedar Ridge. The Lady Cats defeated the Lady Timberwolves 5-2 to capture the 2A-2 conference title. Spargo earned the win from the mound, allowing three hits and striking out six in seven innings. Jessica Osbahr batted 2-for-4. Lindsey Simms recorded a hit and two RBIs, and Jordan Rorex also scored a run.
