WR girls beat Hillcrest

The Hillcrest Lady Screamin' Eagles traveled to Walnut Ridge to face the Lady Bobcats in high school softball action on April 7.

The Lady Bobcats scored five runs in the first two innings, and added six more in the fourth to take an 11-0 win.

Staci Spargo earned the win, allowing four hits and striking out four in five innings.

Jessica Osbahr was 2-for-3 at the plate, with two RBIs and scored two runs. Spargo hit 2-for-2, with an RBI and scored two runs, and Taylor Wagoner had a hit, two RBIs and scored a run. Alivia Hackworth and Jordan Rorex each had a hit and scored two runs. Josie Wagoner had a hit and an RBI, and Ashley Baker had an RBI.
