BIGGEST SNOW OF SEASON FALLS TUESDAY ~ Tuesday morning's snow and cold didn't stop Stephen and Kassie Arnold (from left) and their cousin, Jacob Speirs, from venturing out for some fun at Stewart Park in Walnut Ridge. The youth attend Hoxie School, which, along with other area schools, closed for the day due to snow and ice. The March 4 snow, measuring over two inches, is the second and largest snowfall of this season.
