Hoxie beats TuckermanDebbie Richey
Hoxie hosted Tuckerman in senior boy's basketball on Thursday night.
The Mustangs held a 29-16 lead after the first quarter and continued to pull away from the Bulldogs in the second quarter, taking a 52-29 halftime lead.
The Mustangs continued to dominate the action in the second half and breezed into the final quarter with a 77-45 lead en route to claiming a 93-62 win.
Tanner Jarrett recorded a triple double for the Mustangs with 13 points, 10 boards and 10 blocked shots. Ray Volner had 16 points, and Beau Sisco added 15 points. Tyler Thompson notched 14 points. Nate Ragsdell and Morgan Puckett recorded 10 points each, and Kevin Johnson had eight points.
The Hoxie seventh grade boys defeated Tuckerman 32-26.
Jacob Defries paced Hoxie with 14 points. Ryan Vaughn hit two three-pointers for six points.
"The Hoxie seventh grade team completed a good year," said coach Darrell Crisler.
