Evans seeks re-election

Michelle Evans will be seeking a second term as the Lawrence County circuit clerk. She is completing her first term, which she was elected to in 2006.

She is a member of the Circuit Clerk's Association, along with her deputy clerks Penny Barger, Linda Hendrix, Heather McQuay and Connie Mullen.

"In the last year, we have made many improvements to our office,' Evans said. "Many were made to help serve the public in a more efficient way."

"I have enjoyed the time serving Lawrence County and look forward to many more years as your circuit clerk," she added.

Evans is married to Randy Evans and has two children, Tamara, 15, and Colman, 12. They live in the Lynn area.
