The Lady Cats made short work of the Lady Bulldogs, leading 34-2 at halftime and winning 46-7. Vanessa Oliver, Rachel Looney and Lacey Cobble each scored eight points for Walnut Ridge. Walnut Ridge moved to 11-1 overall and 6-0 in 2A-3 conference play. The junior Lady Cats defeated Quitman 43-20.
The senior Lady Bobcats defeated White County Central 48-26 on Dec. 11 at Judsonia. Chelsea Treadway led Walnut Ridge with 10 points. Oliver totaled nine points on three three-pointers, and Looney had nine points.
