The Lady Greyhounds took a 9-3 first-quarter lead. The battle began in the second quarter, as Quitman battled back to within 26-24 at halftime. The duel continued as the third quarter came to a close with the Lady Hounds holding a 33-31 lead. Sloan-Hendrix went on to earn a 44-37 win. Amanda Green scored 17 points to lead the Lady Greyhounds.
Sloan-Hendrix defeated Ridgefield Christian 43-27 in junior high girls action on Dec. 3.
