Lady Cats fall to CRA

Walnut Ridge traveled to Paragould on Sept. 25 to take on Crowley's Ridge Academy in high school volleyball action. The Lady Falcons defeated the Lady Bobcats 21-25, 25-22, 25-11, 25-10.

Rachel Looney recorded five kills and five blocks, and Vanessa Oliver served 11-of-12 from the line, with an ace, seven digs, five kills and two blocks. Chelsea Treadway was 17-of-17 from the line, with two aces, six digs, five kills and a block. Amber Caldwell went 8-of-10, with two aces, four digs, six assists and three kills. Chelsey Linebaugh closed serving 3-of-5, with seven digs, 13 assists and a kill. Taylor Wagoner served 10-of-12, with three aces and six digs, and Sam Knight went 6-of-7 from the serving line, with four digs.
