Lady Cats play at ASUDebbie Richey
The Walnut Ridge senior Lady Bobcats traveled to Jonesboro Saturday to take part in the ASU Volleyball Playday.
Walnut Ridge fell to Paragould in their first game 24-25, 18-25.
The Lady Cat split with Caruthersville, Mo., in their next match 25-23, 16-25.
Walnut Ridge defeated Mountain Home in the next game 25-18, 25-14.
Puxico was next on Walnut Ridge's list, as the Lady Cats won 25-18, 25-22.
The last game for Walnut Ridge was against Hoxie, as they fell to the Lady Mustangs 21-25, 22-25.
Rachel Looney totaled 26 kills, five digs, and 16 blocks for the day. Vanessa Oliver served 53-of-56, with nine aces, 25 kills, 15 digs and a block. Chelsea Treadway recorded 43-of-46 from the line, with five aces, 10 kills, 24 digs, two assists and a block.
Chelsi Fultner served 11-of-17, with two aces, 10 kills and 11 digs. Amber Caldwell had 22-of-30 from the serving line, with four aces, four kills, 18 digs and 22 assists. Chelsey Linebaugh served 25-of-29, with six aces, seven kills, 21 digs and 48 assists.
Sam Knight served 10-of-11, with three aces and 18 digs. Emily Holder served 21-of-23, with three aces and eight digs, and Taylor Wagner added 9-of-11, with seven digs.
